"The house is excellently located a very short walk from Tolcarne beach which is absolutely stunning, particularly at low tide when you can walk all the way to the harbour, or in the opposite direction to Lusty Glaze and explore the caves and rock pools. The house itself is impeccably decorated, with so many thoughtful touches. Lots of places to unwind and relax, and the back patio/bbq and pool area a real plus! The kids loved the pool which they used almost every day. Everything is fenced in for peace of mind. We really hope to visit this lovely house again in the near future, would highly recommend."

This is a luxurious and spacious house with your very own heated salt-water swimming pool. This is a large pool, not a plunge pool, and can be enjoyed by adults and kids alike.With a TV lounge as well as a formal lounge, all ages can enjoy the house.The house is set over two floors. The ground floor includes an entrance hall with stairs to first floor, ground floor shower wetroom with W.C and basin, a large formal lounge, double bedroom, dinning room, kitchen, and T.V. room opening onto veranda. First floor accommodates landing, double bedroom with king size bed, double bedroom with double bed, double bedroom with 2 x single beds, shower room with W.C and basin, bathroom with W.C, basin and shower enclosure.Outside space includes a BBQ area and utility room equipped with washing machine and tumble drier.
We accept pets. However, please let us know on initial enquiry as there is a small one off surcharge of £50.
